Finally, you can enjoy a dessert with MATCHA or HOJICHA, traditional tastes but increasingly popular in the West.

TENOHA matches the traditional Italian breakfast with the typical Japanese tastes. Matcha and ginseng are combined with the deep taste of Bondolfi coffee.
Among the various proposals: centrifuges, juices, a varied selection of tea and our OHAYO set, also known as "the morning set": cake of the day and coffee or cappuccino.

Osechi (おせち料理) Lunch Set

Di tutte le festività annuali in Giappone, il Nuovo Anno (O-Shogatsu) viene spesso definito il “più giapponese” delle celebrazioni.

Osechi Ryori (おせち料理) sono i cibi tradizionali gustati durante il Capodanno in Giappone. Arrivano in un assortimento di piatti colorati confezionati insieme in speciali scatole chiamate jubako, che assomigliano a scatole di bento.È considerato il pasto più importante dell’anno poiché ogni ingrediente ha un significato speciale nell’accogliere il nuovo anno.

Osechi non è qualcosa che potete trovare su un classico menu giapponese, ma noi di TENOHA abbiamo pensato di farvelo provare!
