A brilliant re-imagining of street food and everyday dishes from Japan, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, under the meticulous supervision of a Japanese kitchen artist.
About 130 seats are waiting for you, between restaurant, cafeteria and outdoor area, to enjoy during every situation, lunch, dinner, aperitif and party.
With this project, we aim to integrate flavors typical of the Japanese culinary art to Italian customs and traditions, offering a unique experience surrounded by a modern atmosphere.
Two rooms for eight, a design halfway between traditional Japan and modern minimalism, which can merge and transform into a single hall, ideal for large groups and usable as a private area.
Together with a wide selection of drinks, which you can enjoy sitting at the counter, standing chatting with your friends, or even relaxing in the garden in the courtyard, we serve small delights such as Ebisen, Renkon Chips and Karaage.
APERITIVO is from 18.00 to 21.00
After relaxing with a good Italian wine or a glass of Japanese sake, you can enjoy a dessert at Matcha, or Hojicha, traditional tastes but increasingly popular even in the West.
