SPECIAL WAGYU MENU | 和牛メニュー

From 15th till 28th of June, Tenoha Taste propose a special A5 Grade Hida Wagyu menu. Five courses with traditional cooking techniques to enhance three different cuts of one of the finest Japanese cattle breeds: shoulder, rib eye, rump.

DINNER:

Wagyu Carpaccio | 22€
Wagyu carpaccio, katsuobushi tuna sauce, stir-fried mushroom, soy sauce, green beans, fried capers

Katsusando | 28€
Sandwich with wagyu cutlet (medium rare), black garlic mayo, seared lettuce

 – Shabu Shabu | 24€
Wagyu strips and asparagus slightly boiled in kombu broth, seasame sauce

 – Sukiyaki | 25€
Wagyu rib eye and baby corn boiled with sukiyaki sauce, poached egg

 – Wagyu Nokke | 26€
Avocado maki topped with wagyu rump tartare, poached egg, fried leek

 

LUNCH:

Katsusando | 28€
Sandwich with wagyu cutlet (medium rare), black garlic mayo, seared lettuce

Wagyu Nikumiso Udon | 24€
Udon without broth with wagyu nikumiso (japanese ragout with miso), shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil agretti, poached egg
